La Paloma is a cape with beach arcs facing from NE to SW. That offers many opportunities for surfing, snorkeling, sailing, swimming, and other beach sports.

As a notorious spot for sailors it was one of the most important references for those ships entering de Rio de la Plata since 1516. Numerous historical shipwrecks are visible from the coast and most of them have never been explored.

Summer (Jan-March) brings tourists from all around the Globe but also Spring and Autumn are ideal seasons for those looking for empty beaches and more intimate experiences.

The lighthouse overlooks the city being the highest building in town.
